New property joint venture launches
A development company has launched a new joint venture.
Birmingham-based Nurton Developments has teamed up with industry specialist Ian Harris to create Nurton Retail.
The new business will focus on sourcing and delivering retail and roadside development opportunities.
Mr Harris has 30 years of experience in this area of property, including site sourcing, planning, occupier engagement and construction management.
His experience has been gained from roles with retailers Lidl and Wickes and as a director at property consultancy CBRE among others.
